We store your analytics choice in browser local storage, not in a cookie.

PostHog product analytics starts only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. It uses browser storage and may set analytics cookies. Declining prevents PostHog from initializing.

Sentry error monitoring is separate from optional PostHog analytics and is not controlled by the cookie-consent choice. When a client-side error occurs, technical diagnostics and an error-associated session replay may be sent to Sentry. The client replay configuration masks text and blocks media. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
You can reset your analytics choice from Settings → Legal → Reset cookie preference, or by clearing cookie-consent from local storage. The consent banner will appear again after the page reloads.
