AI Passport Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically unless you cancel. There is no free trial for Pro subscriptions.
You can cancel from Settings → Billing → Open Billing → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then and will not be charged for a later renewal.
Deleting your AI Passport account permanently removes your vault and account data. If you have an active paid subscription, account deletion cancels it immediately. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us so we can review the issue.
