Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Sol King Inc. d/b/a Nextera Consulting aims to improve the accessibility of AI Passport for people with disabilities. This statement describes our current goal; it is not a claim of legal compliance or verified conformance to an accessibility standard.

Current Status

We have not completed a documented independent accessibility audit, so we cannot verify full or partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The application includes semantic elements, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable controls, and focus-management support in some dialogs, but those implementations have not been validated across every page or assistive technology.

Known Limitations

The application may have barriers that we have not yet identified. Areas that need further evaluation include:

• Screen-reader announcement and focus behavior in dynamic dialogs and updates
• Keyboard and screen-reader operation of complex editor controls
• Color contrast and reflow on all screens and zoom settings

Assistive Technologies

We do not currently claim that AI Passport has been systematically tested with specific screen readers, browsers, or assistive technologies. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us which page, control, browser, or assistive technology was involved so we can investigate.

Formal Complaints
