Our Commitment

Nextera Consulting is committed to ensuring AI Passport is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and comply with applicable accessibility laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Current Status

AI Passport is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to improve accessibility. Current implementations include:

• Semantic HTML elements with appropriate ARIA labels where needed
• Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards for text
• Responsive design that works at 200% zoom and on mobile devices
• Form inputs with associated labels
• Focus indicators on interactive elements

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas under active improvement:

• Some dynamic modals may not fully announce state changes to screen readers
• Rich text areas may have limited screen reader support
• Some icon-only buttons may lack visible labels (we are adding title attributes)

Assistive Technologies

AI Passport has been tested with:

• NVDA screen reader on Windows (Chrome)
• VoiceOver on macOS (Safari, Chrome)
• Keyboard-only navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Arrow keys)
